These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Daily Software Systems LTDA website (the "Site"). By accessing the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About the Site
The Site is an informational resource about Daily Software Systems and the services we offer. It does not itself constitute an offer, solicitation, or contract for services. Any professional engagement with Daily Software Systems is governed by a separate, written service agreement signed by both parties.
2. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, layouts, source code, and the "Daily Software Systems" brand — is the exclusive property of Daily Software Systems LTDA and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in Brazil, the United States, and internationally. Our aggregate liability for any direct damages arising out of the Site shall not exceed one hundred United States dollars (USD 100.00) or its equivalent in Brazilian reais.

Messages sent through contact links on the Site are treated as informational inquiries, not as binding offers or acceptances. A client relationship with Daily Software Systems is established only upon execution of a written service agreement.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, where Daily Software Systems LTDA is incorporated. For users accessing the Site from the United States, the Terms are additionally interpreted consistently with applicable U.S. federal law.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms shall be resolved, at Daily Software Systems LTDA's option, in (a) the competent courts of the jurisdiction where the company is headquartered in Brazil, or (b) a court of competent jurisdiction in the United States where Daily Software Systems conducts business. Each party waives any objection based on forum non conveniens.
11. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
